Before metallising ,the clear polyester film passed through the plasma treated,then metallising on the opposite side with plasma treated for improving the adhesive ability and wetting tension on this side.
Optical density is 1.0-3.5OD according the customer's requirements.
Metallised PET film is a good barrier with higher thickness for aroma,oxygen,moisture,duration period and etc,
